The system (named Level's Theory) was elaborated in 1988 - 1992 years in Moscow (by Yacov Feldman) and was reported for Congresses for New Education (Jerusalem, 1993 and Toronto, 1993). The system is a theory with very wide range of implications - in psychology, history, logics, politics, science history and more. To understand the system as a cultural phenomenon take in account the situation in Russian culture. 70 years of communists' state was a time of brain washing. And philosophy's part of the stream was marxism. But in 1980 marxism was dead and stinked. Russian intellectuals needed to replace old philosophy to new one. The system was an answer for this request. Global thinking and axiomatic explanation are essential part of it. If you don't like it, I am sorry...
